Sarah has been a personal trainer for about 4 years and works with people of all ages. She developed a passion for exercise during highschool softball workouts. That passion inspired her to study Exercise and Wellness in college so that she could share the many health and wellness benefits that exercise has to offer. After college, she became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Nutrition Coach. Her coaching philosophy is centered around establishing healthy eating habits and incorporating effective physical activity. Taking your current health into account, Sarah will be there to offer you the support, knowledge, and actionable resources necessary to make changes toward a healthier lifestyle.
