His journey in fitness is rooted in discipline and dedication. As a Staff Sergeant in the Indiana Army National Guard, he served as a Master Fitness Trainer, leading soldiers to peak physical performance. He has deployed overseas, and honed his skills as a Unit Fitness Trainer for multiple battalions. These experiences have given him a unique ability to inspire, motivate, and create strategies that deliver lasting results. The same precision and structure that drove his success in the military are what he brings to every personal training session.

In addition to his military experience, he has built a solid foundation in fitness and health education. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Indiana University and a Certified Personal Trainer credential from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), with advanced training in nutrition, corrective exercise, performance enhancement, and group fitness. Whether you want to build strength, improve endurance, or enhance your overall health, he uses science-backed techniques paired with military-tested methods to help you reach your goals.

He works with clients ranging in age from 16 to 83, and creates personalized workout plans that are effective and sustainable.
