Share your story
One of the most important things you can do for yourself and others, is to share your experience of a fitness, diet, or lifestyle struggle that you have overcome or working towards overcoming.
There are always people out there going through struggles similar to our own, and by explaining your situation and how you have addressed or plan to address it can give much needed insight to others.
Even if you aren't comfortable describing your exact scenario, giving people a sounding board to discuss ideas is also helpful. Share with us your story, or describe to us what struggles you are having in your own fitness or lifestyle journey. We can brainstorm together and help come up with a strategy to accomplish your goals, and help others in the process.
